Tips and Tricks

If ordering a gang sheet please make sure you cut off your name and the ink line down the side of your gang sheet.  These are not part of your print.

  • If the DTF needs to be peeled cold and doesn't peel, don't panic! Let it cool all the way down to room temp and it will peel.
  • Make sure all seams are off the heat press before pressing. Use pressing pillow on any small items.
  • DTF designs can be pressed on much more than shirts!

The DTF Printer produces your image followed by a layer of white ink.

This is followed by some curing and the addition of an adhesive powder.

Lastly, the adhesive powder and ink are cured in a conveyor oven.
